Our Valuable Services:

• No bookings are made as of now, hence the airfares/ hotel rooms/ are subject to availability at the time of actual bookings.
• Incase of unavailability similar category available shall be provided.
• Check-in 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs. Early check-in and Late check-out, subject to availability. (Hotel specific shall be mentioned in final hotel vouchers)
• Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.
• The tour cost is subject to change in case of unforeseen circumstances like hike in the fuel charges, State taxes etc.
• The any changes made to the itinerary due to any natural calamity, like land slide, heavy rains etc., or any unforeseen activity like political unrest, strike, bunds etc. has to be paid directly by the guest.
• Any changes made to the itinerary, dates, hotel category, group size shall automatically attract new quotation.
• For one adult and one child traveling please use the adult rate for the child
• We shall process the bookings upon your approval of the quotation. After confirmations of the package if any amendments required shall be at extra cost.
• The tour operator reserves right to amend the schedule as per the availability of tourism factors. The tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Any changes made to travel dates, group size, hotel category, inclusions mentioned above shall attract revised quote.
• Any fluctuations in the airport taxes, luxury taxes, surcharges, or any other charges levied by the authorities concerned shall be payable extra.
• The above rates are applicable to Indian Nationals only.
• The full payments has to be settled prior to the departure date – as per our company policy.
• Do not Treat this Quotation mail as confirmation of booking, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation, price and services can be changed at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of bookings is only based on written communications
• The rates are subject to peak season surcharges applicable during any exhibition, trade fair, peak season time.
• The quote is valid only for 5 days from the date of quotation

For Domestic-

• Outside T-Permits Vehicle (Delhi / Chandigarh / Jammu / Haryana) are not allowed to visit Rohtang Pass now, so client need to book private taxi from Hotel for same and it will be Chargeable Extra.
• Facilities like heater in room in Himachal Pradesh& uttranchal will be chargeable as per Hotel policy. Some of the hotels are offering free of cost also but we, will not guarantee for any such services without prior intimation to us.
• AC & Music System in Vehicle will not be operated when we are on the hilly area

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Advance payment Rs.10,000/- per person ( Non Refundable)
• Before 21 days of departure date 50% of the tour cost
• Before 15 days of departure date 75% of the tour cost
• Before 10 days of departure date full and final payment.

CANCELATION POLICY:

• 30-25 days prior to departure date – 25% of tour cost (75% refundable)
• 24-20 days prior to departure date – 50% of tour cost (50% refundable)
• 19–15 days prior to departure date -75% of tour cost (25% refundable)
• From 14 days prior to departure date – 100% of tour Cost (No refund)
